Firearm handling/use is dangerous and can result in serious injury or death if not performed correctly. Products that we sell are designed to be safely used by properly trained individuals only. Firearm training is a must prior to the handling/carrying and use of any firearm. Seek out a certified firearms instructor for training prior to purchasing or using any of our products. Failure to comply may result in serious injury or death.
Each Shook's Customs, LLC holster is model specific. Do not attempt to holster a firearm of a different make/model holster not designed for it. Our holsters are also built to fit factory configured firearms only (unless previously agreed upon to alter the design to accommodate modifications). Do not attempt to holster a modified firearm into our holsters. Failure to comply may result in serious injury or death.
Accidental discharge is always a risk when handling/carrying/using a firearm. Never place your finger on the trigger when holstering a firearm. Never attempt to cock or fire a weapon while holstered. Failure to comply may result in serious injury or death.
Each completed holster is tested for function and safety, but, upon receipt of your holster, it is your responsibility to perform the initial test fit by placing your unloaded weapon in the holster. Examine the holster for any possible trigger or control (safety, slide stop, magazine release) interference that may cause accidental discharge or any other unwanted function or malfunction during use. Place the holster on the body in the fashion it was designed to be worn and test for proper retention. If at any time a potentially unsafe condition is discovered, cease and desist use of the holster and contact us. Failure to comply may result in serious injury or death.
Each holster is handmade and by checking the lead time box on our website you agree to the stated lead time. If you wish to have a product refunded during the stated and agreed upon lead time there will be a 20% restocking fee. If the stated and agreed upon lead time has not elapsed, a 3.5% restocking fee will be charged.
