Warranty
We offer a LIFETIME WARRANTY on all of our products. This warranty is transferable. Proof of purchase, or proof that the product is in fact a Shook's Customs product is required. We strive to take care of you, the customer. If you have any issues, please don't hesitate to contact us. We DO NOT warranty any of our products if they are modified.
Returns
Each holster is handmade and by checking the lead time box on our website you agree to the stated lead time. If you wish to have a product refunded during the stated and agreed upon lead time there will be a 20% restocking fee. If the stated and agreed upon lead time has not elapsed, a 10% restocking/return fee will be charged.
If you do have an issue with a product, or would like to make a return, please Contact Us to be issued an RMA.
